四 | 今天中午到夜里，杭州局部还会有短时暴雨，雷雨时局地有6~8级雷雨大风等对流性天气。请大家及时关注气象部门的预警信息，尽量避开强降雨时段出门，在外遇到强对流天气时第一时间进入室内躲避，注意安全。“沙德尔”可能发展为超强台风除了眼前的雨水，今年第18号台风“沙德尔”也值得关注。“沙德尔”（热带风暴级）于前天（19日）上午在西北太平洋洋面上生成，目前向偏北方向移动，逐渐趋向琉球群岛以东洋面，强度逐渐增强。中国天气网分析，“沙德尔”21日以后强度将不断升级，最强可达超强台风级。从目前的预报来看，未来4天“沙德尔”对我省海域暂无影响，预计26日前后将靠近或进入东海。

五 | 不过，台风后期移动路径仍存在一定的不确定性，后续还需密切关注其动态以及最新预报。除了“沙德尔”，目前海上还有多个热带系统正在活跃，其中有一个南海热带低压，有可能升级成台风。南海热带低压的中心已于昨天（8月20日）早晨5点40分前后在海南省文昌市龙楼镇沿海登陆，登陆时中心附近最大风力6级（12米/秒）。
